However customers are responsible to keep their account credentials secret and are responsible for any activity done under their account. The company is committed to comply with "approved laws of e-commerce of MENA" and the Privacy Laws; So these laws will also apply to customers. Except explicitly mentioned in this document, the company will keep all the customer's data and information securely. Customer agrees that the company may reveal his/her information to the court, the prosecutor's office, the police or another legal authority after a judgment, verdict or order by these authorities. Personal Information Collection

The application emulates a GPS tracker on user’s android device; So it continually gathers user’s geographic location details including latitude, longitude, elevation, velocity and direction and saves it in the device and/or submits it to the company servers or that user’s employer’s dedicated server. The application uses SIM slot IMEI to distinguish between different devices.

Users will need an account on the company servers or a dedicated server. Users can create an account by providing a user-name and a password, or letting the application access their Google account and authenticate them via Google. If a user signs up via Google, their Gmail address and possibly the personal name they have set for their Google account will be retrieved by the application. In case a user didn’t create an account explicitly, a new account would be automatically created for them under their device IMEI upon the first active use of the application (by starting its tracking service) and being connected to the internet.

Children’s Privacy

We in the company respect children’s privacy and do not knowingly collect or process any personal information from children under the age of 13.

How We May Use Personal Information

The main objective of the application is emulating a GPS device on an android one, so a user’s employers or organization can see their location on the map; So user’s Geo-location along with a time when they were there is collected by the application and saved in the user’s device while the application is in the active or running mode. This data then will be transferred to the company servers, or to user’s employers’ dedicated server. All the data is saved as a GPS device with the user’s device IMEI as its identifier.

If a user signs up explicitly by providing a user-name and password, or using their Google account, their user-name will also be saved and visible for their managers or employers, and they can use the user-name to identify that user.

How We May Share Personal Information

Users authorized as managers of the tracking system can share geographic location of one of GPS devices under their authority with other people who may or may not be part of those users’ organization and hierarchy, for a certain time. This sharing occurs with generating a link to a web page and sending that link to a desired person, and the recipient can observe location of that device in their browser. If that GPS device was emulated by an instance of OrangTag, its user’s location would be naturally visible for some person whom the user’s managers or employers have chosen.

How We May Not Use Personal Information

We won’t sell or rent personal information, won’t engage in targeted advertising based on personal information and won’t disclose users’ information, except as provided by law.

Information Security

Organizations that the company provide them with tracking services, can choose not to own a dedicated server and their data to be saved on the company servers. That data will include their users’ personal information. A few of members of the Orang company are authorized to access this data and can see, modify or remove the personal information. Those organizations owning their dedicated servers are responsible for keeping their own data secure.

Connection between the application and servers of the company uses SSL protocol by default. Using this option for dedicated servers of some organizations who have chosen to have their own servers depends on the configuration of those servers.

Data Deletion Policy

Momentary Geo-location of users of the application is kept in the company servers for at least thirty five (35) days and at most one year, depending on the contract between the company and those users’ employing organization, and then will be removed automatically. Reports that contain descriptive statistical parameters and are generated based on the location data will be kept on the company servers for an unlimited time.

User-name, Gmail address, the name users have set in their Google accounts and IMEI of their Android devices are part of the account information and will be kept on the company servers for an unlimited time. We are sorry to say that there is currently no provision to delete this information in the company servers.
